Shipping & Handling

Once you have placed your order it will be sent to our fulfillment center where they will package and ship it out. This handling period takes about 3-7 business days and every order is subject to.

When your order has been handled and shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking code.

After the handling period, please allow 5-8 business days to receive your package, if you choose express checkout, within the United States. This estimation does not include our 3-7 day handling period. 

If you are ordering from outside of the United States please allow an extra week for your order to arrive. Also, some countries charge extra and Canvas Edits is not responsible for any of those costs.

If you have not received your order within that time frame above, allow an extra 2 days before contacting us. If then your order still hasn’t arrived immediately contact us at support@canvasedits.com.
